We start with a conversation about where you are going, dates of travel and what your ideal itinerary would include. 

Next we will prepare an itinerary including accommodations, transportation options, points of interest, timing, history of each place, tips on what to pack, total cost, deposit, payment, cancellation details and much more.  These suggestions are where our extensive personal and industry travel backgrounds will make the difference for your special trip.

Our next conversation will refine the details and when everything meets your approval your deposit will confirm all reservations.

Final payment is required in advance and we highly recommend trip insurance.

You will receive a detailed itinerary in a PDF format or hard copy, whichever you prefer, complete with names, addresses, contact information, maps, background material.....everything you will need.

Group travel will follow a similar format but will include the presence of our staff to handle onsite details and services.  We truly are there every step of the way.

Finally our special pre-planned group departures will be escorted and the complete itinerary available online for those who want to join us on our personal adventures.
